Tom Yeates is an actor, presenter and musician who graduated from The Guildford School of Acting with first class honours in 2008.
Tom also trained at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He is a strong high baritone and a skilled trombonist. He also plays piano,guitar and accordion.
Since graduating Tom has not stopped working. Theatre includes Craig Revel Horwood's TMA award winning 'Spend Spend Spend' at The Watermill and on tour, The World Premier of 'The Unrest Cure', a national tour of 'Macbeth' playing the part of Malcolm, an international tour of Macbeth playing Macduff, a national and international tour of 'Cloudcuckooland', an actor/musician piece playing houses such as the Liverpool Everyman and The English Speaking Theatre in Warsaw, Poland. A newly commissioned piece, 'Speakout' with The English Touring Opera at the Queens Theatre, Hornchurch. Wally Wailer (and musical director) in 'Sam, the Highest Jumper of Them All', The Finborough Theatre, 'Anything Goes', The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, 'The Kitchen', The Mill Studio Guildford and 'Roma's Song' for the Henley Fringe Festival. Tom has played Prince Charming in Cinderella to sell out audiences at The Central Theatre, Chatham for Evolution Productions alongside Joe Swash, at The Broadway Theatre Catford for Paul Holman Associates and at The Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury and the Epsom Playhouse for Spillers Pantomimes.
He has worked as a model, appearing in a worldwide Giorgio Armani commercial featuring Beyonce, he has appeared as a singer on The Richard and Judy Show and was part of an ITV documentary following his 2008 pantomime co-star Joe Swash's work after the Jungle.
Tom has worked regularly as a voice over artist and presenter and has recorded as a solo vocalist and trombonist with The English Touring Opera.
He has also been lead singer and trombonist with the band 'Flipsidejack' for some years, including an appearance at the prestigious Henley Festival.
Tom has also trained as a presenter.
